Grassroots to Global IQ4 Campaign

MARKETING GOAL: To engage, communicate, educate and update segmented internal & external audiences of implementation of EPIC electronic medical records.

As the lead communicator for this sophisticated technology roll-out, I played a key role in developing and managing a 9-month communication plan promoting the implementation of this technology.

I provided relevant information to segmented groups on necessary software changes, benefits and education. The campaign was perceived to be favorable, and my updates met timeline KPI's at 6-month, 3-month and 1-month readiness assessments for EPIC/IQ4's launch.
